"I started my cooking career in the Beecher school district as a cafeteria cook from 1977 - 1983. I joined the U.S. Army in 1983 as a Food Service Specialist serving 1500 soldiers three times a day. In 1986, with an honorable discharge, I put my "Art Skills" into my culinary journey through several restaurants and catering spots in many different regions, ending up in the great northwest with my Il Lucano family. Working next to the two best bosses in the world Michele and Azusa - my journey is over .... I'm home."
